Introduction:

Final Dimension Include an AHS setup section which work is to setup all phone system and network of these phones connected to AHS devices in any kind of companies, starting from small offices to large factories. all phones and AHS systems are products of Panasonic - Japan, the section include an AHS programming and maintenance section, with a yearly maintenance contracts to maintain and setup phone network system.

Panasonic AHS TES824 Specifications:

Panasonic AHS have many connections and system specifications that make it a powerful tool to use which have many options at low price. the following diagram show the AHS system setup and connections:

 

The AHS system is connected to CO (phone lines), The system, can connect 3, 6, or 8 external phone lines, the users can access all the lines, or specified lines, or no external lines to connect only to the phones within the company. the system can connect 8,16, or 24 internal phone lines, which will be number by using two digits like 10 or 13 or 3 digits like 111 or 117 and so on, so it is easy to connect to any person in the company, just pick up phone and dial extension number, or to make outside call just dial 9 or 0 (predefined in the system setup) then dial the phone you want.

Before continuing about the connections to the AHS system we like to view some of the phone lines options that the system include as: enable or disable external phone line, enable or disable internal lines, exchange external lines so when call a mobile number as example use line number 2, extension permission to use or call any international call or  mobile call, you can also include a DISA voice welcome message, the system can be setup to more than one timing system, so you can setup the day and night work time shifts, and setup the system to behave depend on the work time shift, and many more options....

The system can be also connected to an internal or external speakers system to call the employees  through any phone connected to the system.

Also you can connect the system to fax and setup the fax line, and answer seconds so the fax will answer automatically, you can also transfer any fax call to the fax from any extension.

The system can be connected to door intercom to answer any one in the front door.

Also you can connect the system to a printer to print call duration and value.

The system can be connected to PC to be programmed or to get data from it.

The system can be connected to external battery or UPS to let the system still working when power off of fail.

You can use an external source for HOLD music, or use the internal hold music.

The system is ready to be connected to FD CPR to record any phone call to the computer.
